The recently concluded agreement follows a master franchise format, in which master franchise will develop their own Neo Fitnes centers, sell sub-franchises and provide on-going support to franchisees, and will promote and market the brand in his territory. Neo Fitnes will, in turn, provide exclusive rights to Master Franchise for use of the brand's trademarks, systems and intellectual property during the term of the agreement, and will support the master franchisee via its corporate office.

Now Health & Sports are the master franchiser of Neo Fitnes in Rajasthan, Neo Team is working under the guidance of Director Mr. Aryan Nagpal who is young, dynamic entrepreneur. He is taking care of other businesses too, his start-up, Fable, looks at improving cognitive fitness by delivering the right content on the right platforms, using Artificial intelligence and technology to serve a correct fitness program to society.

Patliputra Health & Fitness is the master franchise of NEO Fitnes in Bihar region. Director Priya singh is taking care of this master franchise also running a NEO Fitnes successfully in patna since 2014. Neo Fitness has two branches in patna city and one in Bhagalpur.
